Using WorkLattice

WorkLattice is a free evaluation beta provided by Sagentivum Pty Ltd (ABN 19 689 373 528). Keep your access secure; do not share it, bypass limits or interfere with the service.

Do not upload security-classified or other government-protected information. You must be authorised to provide everything you upload. An agreement with Sagentivum cannot give you authority to disclose information.

Check the source evidence before acting. Results concern the supplied documents, not proof of how an organisation operates. They may be incomplete and are not legal, audit, regulatory or professional assurance.

You retain ownership of your material and permit Sagentivum to process it to provide and secure WorkLattice and validate its output. Keep your own copies: this is not an archive.

You can stop using WorkLattice and delete reviews. We may suspend access for security, legal compliance, suspected misuse or service integrity, and give reasonable notice of other material changes where practicable. Changed terms require fresh acceptance. Future charges require a separate agreement.

Non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected. New South Wales law applies, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and appeal courts.

Your information

PDFs and extracted text are stored privately. For new reviews created after accepting this version, Sagentivum's beta administrator may view source-checked results, explicitly labelled unverified draft findings and proposed quotations, review outcomes, assessments, optional evaluation and effort answers, explicitly shared comments and the participant email captured when a signed-in review begins. The administrator view excludes uploads, filenames, organisation, review scope, optional question, full extracted text, raw model responses and private notes. A guest review remains anonymous if it is claimed later. Earlier reviews, including empty reviews, keep their creation-time access limits; later acceptance does not expand them.

Review content is scheduled to expire 30 days after upload; platform cleanup may occur later. Completed deletion removes it sooner. Guest access lasts 24 hours in this browser; signing in and saving the review preserves access until its original expiry, not another 30 days.

OpenAI receives the extracted text, your review scope and optional question, document declarations, page references, extraction checks and pseudonymous identifiers for one analysis call. Filenames and the separate organisation-name field are not added. Notes and assessments are not sent. Names or sensitive information inside your PDFs remain in the extracted text.

OpenAI states that API data is not used for training by default. Its standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain request content for up to 30 days. Processing is not represented as Australia-only.

Raw model responses are held privately for validation and are never displayed directly. A bounded draft may be constructed for evaluation when source references are sound but local validation fails; proposed quotations and interpretations still need human checking. Stored drafts share the review's original expiry. After a fully valid result, we attempt immediate removal of the raw response; failed or partial validation, or unconfirmed cleanup, gets a 7-day expiry. An earlier review can recover a draft only while its complete raw response is still retained. Physical cleanup can follow later.

If enabled, product analytics for new reviews begun under this notice sends Mixpanel only pseudonymous actions, stages, outcomes, timings and counts, never documents, filenames, emails, scope, prompts, quotations, results, notes or free-text answers. Each review has a separate analytics identifier; saving a guest review to an account does not link that identifier to an account profile. Mixpanel processing uses the European Union region, outside Australia.

If enabled, Sentry receives content-free fixed diagnostic codes, sanitised application stack frames and application release information to help us find errors. Processing occurs outside Australia. We exclude document and review content, user identity, request details and free-text messages; we do not enable session replay, screenshots or recording of page content.

Deletion does not erase account/access records, content-free usage, cost, security or deletion audit records, cloud request logs, provider-retained data or analytics already sent. Those follow their separate retention settings.
